Started by neighbors. Built for them, too.
C3 began as a weekend pop-up out of a garage — three friends, one roaster, and a stubborn belief that good coffee should bring people together. A decade later, we still source the same way, still know most of our regulars by name, and still believe the best cup is the one shared with someone else.
